On Wednesday, the US Treasury said it was halting some payments to the Clinton Foundation, amid speculation about possible conflicts of interest in Mrs Clinton’s potential bid for the presidency in 2016.
US diplomats have been forced to withdraw several Clinton Foundation projects when they were announced, including one project that promised low-cost healthcare in Jamaica.
